Media Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement impactful media strategies that align with campaign objectives, target audiences, and current market trends. (Ability to contribute to creative and KOL strategy development will be a strong advantage.)
Media Planning and Buying:
- Set performance benchmarks (EST.KPI), allocate media spending efficiently, and monitor campaign progress to drive better results.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyze campaign performance by tracking results, identifying key metrics, and translating data-driven insights into strategic learning and actionable improvements.
Effective Teamwork:
- Demonstrate strong teamwork skills and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Media Strategic Planning or Media planning & Biddable.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tactics.
- Proficiency in using media planning tools and analytics software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Passion for digital, social media marketing and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
