รายละเอียดงาน
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage container booking and allocation for export/import shipments.
Track shipments daily and ensure timely updates to relevant departments.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly logistics reports.
Analyze logistics operations to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Communicate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics execution.
Maintain accurate records of shipment documentation, container schedules and communicate with customer where ever required (as per Guild line from marketing)
Support the marketing team in logistics planning for customer deliveries.
Escalate and resolve logistics issues proactively and professionally.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or female
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain/ Business Administration/ related field. OR Fresh graduates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (reporting, data entry, basic formulas)
- Familiar in English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
- Work 6 days/week, Sunday off
