รายละเอียดงาน
•To work on the design of Mechanical / Electrical / Sanitary and Fire Protection Systems for hotel, residential, industrial, and commercial projects
•Preparation of design calculation and design sketches and check design drawing
•Preparation of specifications, equipment schedules, design proposals, and other documentation related to design works in English/Thai languages
•Coordinate with: project managers, architects, clients, other engineers, Cost estimator and CAD / BIM staffs
•Preparation of report at any design stage
•Preparation of study and design presentation
•Managing multiple projects against time and resource requirements
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- 1 years’ experience in design work
- Registered Thai Professional license
- Positive attitude, pro-active, ability to learn, strong leadership and a good team player
- Good technical computer skills such as Auto CAD, Microsoft Office, Cooling Load Calculation Program, Elevate, BIM, Revit.
- Experience with local and international codes/standards such as ASHRAE, NFPA, ASPE, CIBSE, NEC, IEC, BS, EIT standards
- Good written and spoken English as well as presentation skills
- Willing to occasionally travel to nearby countries
