Online Marketplace Management
•Assist in managing our presence on online marketplaces, including product listings, descriptions, and pricing.
•Monitor customer reviews and feedback on online platforms, address concerns and highlighting positive experiences.
•Help analyze sales data from online marketplaces to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Content Creation
•Develop engaging content for both online and offline marketing materials, including product descriptions, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
•Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Digital Marketing
•Assist in implementing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
•Help track and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing regular reports and insights.
Event Support
•Assist in planning and executing marketing activities for in-store events and promotions.
•Create promotional materials and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure successful event execution.
Market Research
•Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
•Contribute insights to help shape marketing strategies and product offerings.
