We are currently seeking a Support Engineer who is technically skilled, customer-oriented, and enthusiastic about engineering simulation and metal casting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for NovaCast software solutions such as NovaFlow&Solid, NovaMethod, and related tools
• Troubleshoot customer issues, analyze simulation results, and recommend solutions
• Coordinate with international development teams for advanced technical support when needed
• Conduct software installations, training sessions, and technical onboarding for clients
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and tutorial content
• Assist with customer trials, software evaluations, and product testing as needed
