Senior Engineer - Automotive Lamp Design

รายละเอียดงาน
- Develop 3D CAD models and detailed drawings of lamp housings, lenses, and mounting brackets.
- Assist in optical simulations (e.g., light distribution, intensity) using software such as Light Tools or Trace Pro.
- Input and manage BOMs in PLM/ERP systems.
- Prepare and update design validation plans (DVP&R) and support prototype build activities.
- Collaborate with tooling, electronics, and supplier teams to resolve design-for manufacturability (DFM) and design-for-assembly (DFA) issues.
- Support tolerance stack-up analyses and create GD&T annotations per ISO and ASME standards.
- Participate in DFMEA exercises to identify and mitigate failure modes.
- Document design changes and maintain revision control.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- 2-4 years' experience in automotive lighting or similar component design.
- Proficient in CATIA V5/3DEXPERIENCE or Siemens NX.
- Basic understanding of injection molding processes and materials (PC, PMMA, PC/ABS).
- Strong communication skills in English; Thai language proficiency a plus.
- Experience in an automotive lamp design company is preferred.
