We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Boutique Manager to lead a prestigious luxury boutique representing one of the world’s most renowned maisons in Swiss horology and fine jewellery. The successful candidate will oversee all retail operations, client relations, and team performance while upholding the highest standards of luxury service and brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire the boutique team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service
• Ensure day-to-day boutique operations run smoothly and in line with brand guidelines
• Maintain a deep understanding of the brand’s heritage, products, and storytelling to create memorable experiences
• Monitor KPIs, inventory, clienteling efforts, and visual merchandising
• Develop and retain VIP client relationships through refined service and CRM excellence
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff; conduct regular performance reviews
• Collaborate with brand principals, head office, and external partners when required
• Safeguard boutique assets and manage administrative compliance (cash, stock, consignment protocols, etc.)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably with watches or fine jewellery
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage and grow a high-performance sales team
- Fluent in Thai and English; additional languages are an advantage
- Deep appreciation for craftsmanship, aesthetics, and luxury client experience
- Confident with retail systems, reporting tools, and CRM platforms
