รายละเอียดงาน-Review and/or issue submission quality upon customer request for Domestic customers and overseas customers. EX: PPAP, IMDS, Soc, Rosh, Conflict mineral, Customer survey, 4M change, etc.
- Support customers’ activities, quality meeting, chemical substance meeting, new part meeting.
- Review and respond customers’ claim information and supplier claim report and document control.
- Coordinate and consult customer about part specification and technical.
- Support and action when non-conforming occurs, such as sorting, return parts, replacement parts, etc.
- Support all kinds of audits that concern quality issue, ex: customer audit, self-audit, business audit, etc.
- Support all kinds of activities.
