This position is responsible for expertise engineering for sustaining SP2 manufacturing, which includes oversight of productivity, quality, non-conformance product management, monitoring to ensure the performance of SP2 production aligns with company’s goal and strategy. • Conduct productivity control and improvement. Ensure load and output of each SP2 manufacturing until complete sterilization meet target especially on SP2 Monofocal and Hybrid production. Study and implement process bottleneck improvement. • Rejected monitor, analyze and feedback to relevant process for maintain/ improvement from validated condition. Lead top rejected 80:20 monitoring and improved by product model. • Ensure process control has good GMP by update PFMEA to prevent any mistaken control from PCP, SOP, WI. Co-training w/ process owner to transfer necessary knowledge to all employees. • Quick response of non-conformation product management all area responsibility to prevent escape/overkill judgment. Co-operation with relevant departments of each NC product ex. QA, QLab or SCM to prevent overlook of quality measurement and release to sale date. • Manpower by station monitor study and optimize in aim of highest productivity and good GMP. Looking for improvement by co-operation idea with automation, validation team. • Support internal and external audit/ inspection to meet GMP practice. • Comply and adhere to the Regulatory, Quality and Environment-Health-Safety requirement. • To be assigned work as required by superior.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Background in Engineering, Science or Health (either industrial engineering, system engineering, chemical, food science, pharmaceutical)
  2. 1 to 5 years of working experience in validated company, process control or improvement manufacturing
  3. Experience in medical device and ISO13485 is preferred
  4. Math skills, analytical skills, teamwork, familiarity with Basic software and field specific software such as Minitab
  5. Good command in spoken and written English
  6. Good in written communication and presentation skills
  7. Positive attitude, good communications, and interpersonal skills
  8. Process and detail oriented, including strong interpersonal and prioritization skills
  9. Lean manufacturing experience with a continuous improvement mindset
  10. Good teamwork, well understanding of production and cleanroom environment control
  11. Ability to multi-task and organize work systematically in meeting deadlines without compromising
