We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary / Client Coordinator to join our team. This role serves as the central point of contact for both internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely coordination, and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for executives and team members
Handle both internal and external communications in Thai and English with professionalism and clarity
Act as the primary liaison between clients and departments to ensure prompt issue resolution and service quality
Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
Maintain organized filing systems for documentation, contracts, and correspondence
Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and reports
Support administrative tasks such as travel bookings, expense claims, and office management as needed
Ensure all communications and interactions are handled with confidentiality, efficiency, and attention to detail
