รายละเอียดงาน
1.Providing and up to date Yamazumi and Line of balancing in each production area scope from assigned.
2.Review production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing and services.
3.Figure out how to manufacture parts or products with maximum efficiency.
4.Develop management control systems to make financial planning and cost analysis more efficient
5.Enact quality control procedures to resolve production problems or minimize costs
6.Work with Area Managers to develop standards for design and production
7.Design control systems to coordinate activities and production planning to ensure that products meet quality standards
8.Review process flows and other information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing and services
9.Study product requirements and design manufacturing and information systems to meet requirements.
10.Study and rearrange material flows and operations sequence.
11.Perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes and Minimize costs of production lines.
12.Promote a value-added focus through cost effective waste reduction, elimination of non-value-added steps or processes, and encouragement of value-added improvement activities.
13.Assist Factory Manager/Operations Manager in financial planning and cost analysis.
14.Evaluating how well people do their jobs and offer improvement wherever needed.
15.Any other assignment from Factory Manager/Operations Manager
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Be Able to work under pressure and work in an extensive hours or work in shift
- Good command in English and computer literacy
- Creativity in designing new production processes in many kinds of settings to reduce use of material resources, time, or labor while accomplishing the same goal.
- Critical-thinking skills in creating new systems to solve problems related to waste and inefficiency. Solving these problems requires logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to the problems
- Problem-solving skills in designing facilities for manufacturing and processes for providing services, these engineers deal with several issues at once, from workers’ safety to quality assurance
- Math skills, using the principles of calculus, trigonometry, and other advanced topics in mathematics for analysis, design, and troubleshooting in their work
