รายละเอียดงาน
1. **Establish Thailand PC Management Standards**
- Develop end-to-end SOPs (from recruitment, training, daily management to retention) tailored to Thai labor laws and local culture.
- Design incentive mechanisms (e.g., commission structures, instant rewards) to reduce attrition and enhance PC sales performance.
2. **External Coordination & Issue Resolution**
- Address daily operational challenges faced by promoters (PCs).
- Conduct regular market visits to identify pain points (e.g., customer complaints, competitor interference) and deliver actionable solutions.
3. **Sales Capability Building & Training**
- Develop localized sales scripts and training programs aligned with Thai consumer behavior.
- Organize centralized PC training (covering FABE techniques, sales skills, and high-value product pitching) to boost conversion rates.
4. **Data Analysis & Optimization**
- Monitor KPIs (sales, attendance, attrition rates) and deliver monthly improvement reports.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 3 years of **frontline promoter (PC) management experience** in retail (must cover recruitment, training, and performance evaluation).
- Proven ability to design sales training materials (e.g., scripts, evaluation scorecards).
- Able to communicate in Chinese as well
- Resilience and willingness to travel frequently to stores (Bangkok and nearby provinces).
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills to bridge Chinese management practices and Thai workplace norms.
