รายละเอียดงาน
- To ensure Raw materials /Packaging Materials which released to production are met requirements as defined in specification.
- To coordinate with RM/PM suppliers in part of material Quality deviation, corrective action and continuous improvement.
- To verify RM/PM compliance and coordinate with core function to do corrective action in case of non-compliance.
- To verify GHPs compliance including pest control and coordinate with core function to do corrective action in case of non-compliance.
- To support company other related assignments to promote effectiveness of this function.
- Support core function team for all management system to align with all company's policy such as Food safety policy, Safety health and environment policy, energy policy, Halal policy etc. and ensure that there are effectiveness and continuous improvement.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or higher in Science / Microbiology / Chemist / Food Science / Biotechnology or related field
- Minimum 1 years /QA Department in Food Factory (None/Years)
- Knowledge about quality system as GHPs/ HACCP/ISO 9001/ ISO 22000/FSSC 22000 etc.
- Knowledge in Milk technology and Food Nutrition
- Planning & organizing skills
- Good interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- Good training and coaching skill
- Analytical skill / Systematic thinking / Decision making
- Quality awareness
- Computer skill: Window based PC, Microsoft office application
- Leadership skills/ Build Teamwork
