Potato Receiving Supervisor

รายละเอียดงาน
1. Control daily chipstock and seed receiving and inspection process as per quality and compliance standard.
2. Supervise daily operations (manpower, machines) of receiving stations in the assigned receiving stations.
3. Coordinate with the related functions to deliver chipstock from receiving stations to cool rooms with minimum quality and weight loss, aligned with timeline, safety and security standard.
4. Review and ensure correctness of daily chipstock receiving and inspection report from stations in the assigned stations.
5. Work with Agro Business to ensure readiness of receiving station rental contracts with Procurement and vendor.
6. Lead safety and security program at the responsible receiving stations.
7. Control MOH and other expenses of receiving team as per AOP.
8. Ensure every execution is in compliance with Agro Work process in GCS and company policy.
9. Support EHS system and ISO system
10. Develop functional and leadership capabilities of individual to meet Agro Business Competencies.
11. Mentor direct reports to build collaboration culture within team also cross-functions.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Postharvest Technology Innovation, Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness
- At least 5 years of agriculture experience.
- Experience in purchasing agricultural product.
- Good command in English.
- Good computer literature in MS-Office.
