Strategic HR: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with company goals and Thai labor laws.
Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job descriptions to onboarding, ensuring smooth new hire integration.
Compensation & Benefits: Administer competitive compensation (payroll, social security, provident fund, insurance) and conduct salary reviews.
Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee development and goal setting.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, handle grievances, and implement engagement initiatives.
HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and maintain accurate, confidential personnel records.
HR Reporting: Prepare HR metrics and reports for management.
Administration (Admin)
Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and a productive environment.
Facilities Management: Coordinate vendors for office maintenance and ensure a safe workplace.
Travel & Logistics: Manage travel arrangements for staff and visitors.
Support Services: Supervise administrative staff and streamline procedures.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage the administrative budget.
