Responsibilities - Learning on multi-job in various functions in TYM by rotation process - Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities - Having buddy and mentor for advising and consulting - Doing project assignment in area which interested in - Reporting assignment progress to mentor (GM) by monthly - Reporting assignment progress to Management by quarterly - Presenting project assignment to Management for evaluation (Ending program)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

At least Bachelor’s or Master Degree in any fields (Depend on requirement from operations)
Proven achievement record from university, extra-curricular activities.
Fluent in English both writing & speaking TOEIC score 600 Up
Can do attitude, Positive thinking.
Self-starter, fast learner and has a bias for actions and results
Good problem-solving skills with leadership potential and ability to demonstrate potential leadership capability, growth mindset, and high learning agility.
Good communication and ability to work cross functionally and teamwork
