รายละเอียดงาน
-Develop and improve manufacturing processes to enhance product quality, productivity, and equipment efficiency.
-Lead and mentor process technicians and production staff.
-Create and maintain clear process documentation; support production by solving technical issues, increasing yield, and reducing costs.
-Set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment independently for processes.
-Coordinate with vendors to resolve equipment and material-related problems.
Monitor injection molds, recommend maintenance based on usage, performance, and history.
-Collaborate with customers to resolve issues and update project progress.
-Apply technical and statistical methods to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.
-Support safety, environmental, and ergonomics initiatives in the facility.
วันและเวลาทำงาน:
จันทร์-ศุกร์ : 08:30 - 17:30 น.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Plastics, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
- At least 3-5 years of practical work experience in an Injection Molding Operation.
- Good command in English and Chinese.
- Strong and diverse technical background in injection molding processing, tooling, equipment, materials, manufacturing and quality.
- Excellent computer skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Ability to manage multiple start-up projects.
- Statistical analysis.
