Responsibilities of a Tooling Engineer/Specialist:
- Creating new tooling designs, often using CAD/CAM software, and developing prototypes for testing.
- Ensuring tools are properly maintained, repaired when damaged, and upgraded for optimal performance.
- Identifying and resolving tooling-related issues in the manufacturing process.
- Working with design, production, and quality teams to define tooling needs and ensure efficient production.
- Conducting quality checks on tooling and ensuring it meets required specifications.
- Managing tooling projects from start to finish, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Ensuring all tooling operations adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Educational Background: Often requires a degree in Mold and Die engineering or a related field, with experience in manufacturing or tooling.
- Managing tooling projects, inventory, and documentation.
- Ensuring accuracy and precision in tooling designs and maintenance.
- English commucationn skill
- Ability to identify and resolve tooling-related issues.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, knowledge of various tooling types (dies, molds, fixtures), and understanding of manufacturing processes.
