Production Planning:
- Develop efficient production schedules based on customer orders, ensuring optimal use of resources and timely delivery.
Order Management:
- Track the entire production workflow, proactively address issues, and provide timely updates to customers regarding order status.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with production, procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and timely execution.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect and evaluate production data to assess capacity, efficiency, and lead times. Continuously refine planning strategies to improve productivity.
Quality Oversight:
- Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve any quality-related concerns.
Inventory Control:
- Maintain accurate oversight of material inventory to ensure sufficient stock for ongoing production while preventing overstock and waste.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Diploma or higher in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in production planning and order tracking is required. Background in hardware stamping or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data processing and reporting.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to communicate effectively. Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure.
