•Advise on installation feasibility, site prep, and technical risks.
•Prepare technical notes and site reports for design and sales teams.
Project Management & Installation Oversight
•Coordinate and supervise kitchen and bathroom installations.
•Manage site scheduling, timelines, and coordination with other trades.
•Ensure adherence to specs, standards, and safety protocols.
Installer & Contractor Management
•Serve as liaison for third-party installers and service partners.
•Train contractors on installation requirements and approve mock installations.
Internal Coordination
•Work with sales, logistics, and design teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
•Review drawings, manuals, and monitor project issues early.
Client Delivery & Quality Control
•Conduct post-installation inspections and lead client handovers.
•Manage snagging lists and coordinate rework.
•Update installation standards and best practices.
After-Sales & Warranty Support
•Coordinate service calls for post-install support and warranty issues.
•Maintain records of completed projects and recurring issues.
