รายละเอียดงาน1. Plan, organize, and oversee all activities of monitor inspection service activities to ensure effective implementation of quality standards.
2. Develop and maintain QC procedures, inspection plans, and documentation in compliance with ISO 9001.
3. Maintain operational workflows and ensure compliance with established SOPs and work instructions.
4. Manage staff deployment and resource planning
5. Authorize inspection schedules and resolve escalated client service issues
6. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processees.
7. Train, coach, and evaluate QC personnel to ensure competency and performance.
8. Analyze inspection data and customer feedback to drive quality improvements.
9. Liaise with clients and internal departments to address quality concerns and develop solutions.
10.Support internal and external audits as a quality representative.
11. To follow up company regulations, Safety at work rule and company's ethics with strictly.
12. To follow up ISO9001 and customer requirement.
13. To follow up company policy and promote company activities such as ISO, 5S and KAIZEN to be achieved the company objectives.
14. To perform any other task that assigned by superior and management.
