รายละเอียดงานJob Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the company's human resources related work, building/optimizing human resources management standards, and optimizing related system processes;
2. In-depth understanding of business conditions, insight into business pain points, planning and implementing corresponding human resources solutions;
3. Carry out recruitment work, responsible for the development and docking of local recruitment channel resources, and quickly respond to the recruitment needs of production and functional personnel;
4. Responsible for all personnel management work, including but not limited to entry and exit transfers, training, human resources budget, attendance management and other administrative work;
5. Other work items assigned by the leader.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, no major limit, fluent in Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing;
2. More than 5 years of human resources and administrative work experience in Chinese manufacturing companies, familiar with local laws and regulations, government writing standards, operating mechanisms, and business processes;
3. Serious and responsible work attitude, meticulous and rigorous, with good professional qualities.
