รายละเอียดงาน
- Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery and equipment to ensure smooth production processes
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines, tools, and jigs
- Assist in machine setup and troubleshooting during production line changeovers
- Support engineering teams in process improvements, machine testing, and new equipment installation
- Inspect parts and components to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Record production data and machine downtime reports accurately and on time
- Follow safety, 5S, and workplace discipline policies strictly
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as quality, logistics, and maintenance
- Participate in Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement activities
- Provide basic training to junior operators or new team members
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields
- Myanmar Nationality
- 1–3 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing environment preferred
