รายละเอียดงาน
Manage die casting production to meet QCD targets.
Plan manpower and machine utilization effectively.
Solve casting defects and improve process quality.
Ensure proper machine setup and mold condition.
Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Maintenance teams.
Lead team development and enforce discipline.
Promote safety, 5S, and quality system compliance.
Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Die Casting
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Experience in solving casting defects and quality issues
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Able to coordinate with cross-functional departments
- Knowledge of ISO/IATF systems and safety standards
- Able to communicate in English.
