Sales Management:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and team leadership.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
• Develop and implement promotional activities to drive traffic and increase sales.
Team Leadership:
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Manage team scheduling, performance, and conduct regular feedback sessions to ensure alignment with company goals.
Customer Service:
• Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a customer-centric store environment to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive store atmosphere.
• ensure the store consistently achieves high ratings on Google Reviews and NPS (Net Promoter Score) to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management:
• Oversee inventory levels to ensure the store is stocked with the right products.
• Manage stock ordering and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Perform regular stock audits and manage shrinkage control procedures.
Visual Merchandising:
• Ensure the store is visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
• Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies to promote products and enhance the customer shopping experience.
Operational Excellence:
• Ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively on a daily basis, including overseeing cash handling, store cleanliness, and safety.
• Monitor and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.

- Passion for wellness and spa services, deeply aligning with PAÑPURI's holistic philosophy and commitment to guest transformation.
- Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional standards of service and achieving operational goals.
- In-depth knowledge of spa industry trends, retail strategies, and best practices, staying current with the latest innovations and wellness offerings.
- Experience in marketing and promotions, specifically tailored to enhance both retail and spa services, and drive traffic and sales.
- Proficiency in spa management software, retail systems, and POS technology to streamline operations and enhance the customer journey
- Certification in spa management, retail, or a related field, with a strong foundation in luxury brand standards and service excellence.
