1.Achieve monthly Sales target.
2.Deal customer by yourself— face clients directly and achieve strong personal sales team results.
3.Coaching your team to hit monthly sales goals as a Project Leader. Support and guide team members, improve sales talk, and keep tools up to date.
4.Understands the Samui real estate market well, sees the big picture of the project’s position, thinks strategically about marketing, and works closely with the marketing team.
5.Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports that are clear, accurate, and useful.
6.Collaborate across departments to move the own developed project forward and solve problems quickly. Take initiative and drive progress.
7.Collaborate across other companies to move the sales agency project forward and solve problems quickly. Take initiative and drive progress.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Sales experience of over 5 years at a real estate developer in Thailand.
- Experience in selling condominium units priced between 2-8 MB in Samui is a plus.
- Communication in English language
- Strong Problem-Solving Ability, Time Management, Attention to Detail, Logical thinking & Retention
