•Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations, including sales targets, service quality, and staff supervision.
•Act as the point of contact and decision-maker in the absence of the Store Manager.
•Help manage employee schedules, shift planning, and attendance tracking.
Retail Sales Operations
•Drive and monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales to meet or exceed targets.
•Supervise product displays, stock levels, and inventory control.
•Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Spa Service Operations
•Ensure spa services are delivered in line with brand standards and customer expectations.
•Oversee cleanliness, atmosphere, and equipment readiness in the spa area.
•Promote spa treatments and related skincare/wellness products.
Customer Service:
•Ensure exceptional customer service across both retail and spa areas, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
•Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring every guest feels valued, heard, and rejuvenated, creating a loyal clientele for both retail products and spa treatments.
•Maintain high Google Reviews and NPS (Net Promoter Score) ratings, ensuring excellent satisfaction levels across both retail and spa experiences.
Inventory Management:
•Oversee inventory levels for both spa treatments and retail products, ensuring an optimal selection of items that align with guest needs.
•Perform regular stock audits and implement shrinkage control procedures to maintain accurate inventory records.
Visual Merchandising & Spa Presentation:
•Ensure both retail and spa areas are visually appealing, maintaining alignment with PAÑPURI’s luxury standards.
•Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies to showcase products and enhance the overall guest experience in both areas.
