รายละเอียดงานThe Human Resources Recruitment Officer responsible for managing all aspects of staff recruitment. Oversees the process to ensure procedures are followed in a fair and transparent manner. Works closely with Supervisor to process forms, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and communicates with candidates and provides a high quality and professional human resources recruitment service through the effective administration of HR recruitment system based on Recruitment policies and procedures.
1. Responsible for recruit permanent and Long-term contract staff to support all division.
2. Prepare Jobs Advertisement for posted on Recruitment channels as Jobthai, JobsDB, Facebook and etc.
3. Recruit candidates, initial screen and check all the job applications and required documents, prepare candidate list, set interview schedule, interview candidates, arrange Physical check-up for new staff prior hiring and prepare employment contracts.
4. Coordinate, support and working together with the Payroll Officer about related information of newcomer and resigned for Wage calculation.
5. Prepare and follow OJT and Probation assessment of new employee from each division.
6. Updated organization chart of each division when have any changed (Newcomer, promotion, transferred, resigned).
