รายละเอียดงาน
1.Handling of Customer complaints, documentation, investigation, tracking and reporting the outcome.
2.Document the detected/reported nonconformities, investigate to identify root cause and ensure to implement effective corrective actions.
3.Implement policies and procedures designed to increase efficiency and ensure the highest quality for all products manufactured.
4.Ensuring all deliveries shipped from supplier meet the required quality standards and specifications.
5.Working closely with PD, PE, R&D team to plan strategically for product improvement.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Hold Bachelor degree with Science and Engineering or relate fields
- Have Experience in related field at least 0-3 Years
- Have knowledge in QA,QC, Problem solving
- Have knowledge about ISO9001 และ IATF16949
- Good English Communication.
- Able to travelling and support at customer plant with own license
- Able to drive a car and have a driving license
- Able to use Ms.office
