Recruitment & Staffing:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top IT&Non-IT talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand and fulfill their staffing needs.
Employee Relations:
- Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Organize and lead team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and employee development.
- Track and analyze employee performance metrics, providing reports to senior management.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs that enhance employees' skills and knowledge, especially in IT-related areas.
- Organize onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll management.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages.
- Advise management on compensation strategies that align with company goals.
HR Strategy & Planning:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the company's growth and business objectives.
- Participate in HR budget planning and resource allocation.
