รายละเอียดงาน
•To control the sales and manage GP profits to achieve the sales target (Goal) specified by the company. •To work closely with suppliers (Brands) for create a promotion plan (Promotion) or organize activities. As appropriate in order to drive sales, release products according to the objectives •To coordinate between suppliers and relevant agencies. In matters such as the salesperson (BA) of the brand, brand entry and all other supplier-related issues. •Follow up on the products and planning from the supplier to achieve the planned •To finish day to day operation working and coordinate cross function to make company activity will be implement on time •To strictly follow up and deliver productive job as assigned •Operate daily basis of group brand to handle to ensure sales target and benefit. •Work cross functional team to ensure that operation daily basis success •Analyze sales vs target of brand daily and monthly basis •Tracking revenue in contract and trade term monthly and yearly basis
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, statistics or related fields
  2. Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Buyer, sales & marketing or key account executive
  3. Retail or FMCG background would be a plus
  4. Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office, Google Analytics
  5. Fluent in Thai and English, both written and verbal
  6. Good strategic thinking, analytical abilities, with excellent communication and presentation skills
  7. Able to multitask on multiple projects, excellent project management skills
  8. Superior problem-solving skills
  9. Able to work effectively and efficiently towards goals in a fast-paced
  10. Previous experience working in a dynamic, high-growth company would be a plus
  11. Passion for technology and ability to learn new software platforms quickly
  12. Able to lead multi skills team with people-oriented leadership
  13. Knowledge in makeup and beauty business would be a plus
