From Design •Support development through understanding the application and requirement. •Recommending raw material that are available for ease of supply chain. •Fast turn-around prototype with laxer cut, soft tool for quick evaluation of samples. To Production •Ramp up from design to mass production. Raw material positioning for quick to market of new product launch. •Effective supply chain management handling over hundred of different types of material •Class 1K to 10 K Clean Room manufacturing for certain products. •Multi-station rotaries for high volume manufacturing, flatbed for mid volume/high mix. •Effective warehousing management for JIT delivery to customer. Our Machine Rotary Die Cut, Flatbed Die Cut, Laser Cut, CNC Engraver, Screen Printing, Thermoforming, Rotary Press.
