โรงเรียนสอนทำอาหารสีลม ให้นักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติ สอนทำอาหารไทย เมนูง่าย ๆ เน้นการสอนให้เกิดความสนุกสนาน ในการทำอาหารไทย ทำงาน สอน สองรอบ ต่อวัน 8.30-12.30 รอบเช้า 13.40-17.00 รอบบ่าย มีพารทไทม ช่วงเย็น เป็น OT ระหว่าง 17.40-20.30 น.
