Job Descriptions

Responsibly for New Model Development and Quality Improvement. Needed experience of Plasctic mold injection. Project leader of APQP Team. Leader of Trial team and Evaluation state. Productivity improvement and root cause analysis with take countermeasure in case of quality issuers. Set up pan and prepare material, machine, equipment and working procedure for prediction trail stage.(Main process are Injection, Painting and Assembly) Prepare sample and concern document (PPAP) to get approval from customer before start mass production. Responsible for quality control and productivity improvment after mass production.

Qualifications

Female, Male 25-30 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering,Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field with experience of plastic injection.
At least 2 years of experienced in Plastic Injection Process or Injection trial and mold development.
Understand and able to written BOM, Process Flow Diagram, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP and Work Instruction.
Knowledge and experience of plastic injection process or injection mold development.(Set up mold, define injection parameter for new mold, Etc.)
Experienced in production trial and evaluation state and can written report with follow up by your self.
Understand product drawing and be able to use measuring tools and equipment.
Can written report by English language and able to conversation by common words.
Skill or knowledge of productivity improvement.
Computer literacy in MS Office.
Acknowledge IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001.
Good cooperating skill or team working.
