1.Present and demonstrate CANON Medical Systems, highlighting the product features and concentrate on presenting customer benefits.
2.Assess type of product support needed; and establish & conduct application training/support on CANON Medical Systems’ benefits and features. This is done through in-house and on-site training to customers and sales force.
3.Assess the market environment and report to the Marketing and Sales Manager.
4.Assist the Sales & Marketing Dept. in marking products; compare competitors’ strengths & weaknesses in terms of product features, prices, promotional activities, etc.
5.Train and develop sales force/staff competence on application of products.
6.Attend product meetings organized by CANON with the aim of acquiring latest information on CANON’s development.
7.Identify customers’ needs and wants, perception and purchasing style to formulate clinical/product presentation that satisfy their needs.
8.Develop and maintain a close liaison with customers and coordinate details for the sales personnel to assist in sales promotional programs.
9.Provide consultancy services to customers.
10.Assist in organizing exhibitions, sales promotional programs, product workshops, etc.
11.Provide assistance to Toshiba, Japan in supporting other regions when required.
12.To submit weekly, monthly quarterly and annual report.
