Job Descriptions

1. Make summary file in prototype phase for parts preparation in new model or localization project. 2. Communicate and follow up any result in prototype phase for parts preparation in new model or localization project. 3. Prepare and Control bidding sheet for Procurement team to decision supplier. 4. heck and analyze BOM in Prototype Phase to acknowledge the change and confirm correctiveness. 5. Analyze and prepare product’s material cost for any difference evaluation period and report. 6.Support to prepare the localization plan to management level of procurement unit 7.Conduct the meeting to inform parts and engineering change to related department 8.Control the change of BOM and works with DGJ and production planning to update the BOM. 9.Prepare the monthly report for product’s material cost analysis.

Qualifications

Aged 26 - 30 years old
Male or Female
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Mechanical /IE/ Mold or any related fields
Experience at least 1-3 years in New Model control, BOM Control , planing about new modle
Good command of English is required
Basic computer literacy, including MS Office applications.
Basic Solid work or 3D Cad program concern
Reading Drawing 2D/3D
knowledge about EPR system
Experience working in a Japanese factory is an advantage
