Job Descriptions
- รับสายลูกค้าที่โทรเข้ามาสอบถามข้อมูลต่างๆของทางธนาคาร บริการลูกค้ากลุ่มนิติบุคคล หรือ บริการด้าน Mobile Application ของธนาคาร
- รับเรื่องร้องเรียนการให้บริการและประสานงานด้านต่างๆให้กับลูกค้า
**ไม่ใช่งานขาย ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์ มีเทรนงานให้ก่อน**
Qualifications
- ทุกเพศ อายุระหว่าง 22-37 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี (ทุกสาขา)
- มีคะแนน toeic 600 คะแนนขึ้นไป (ยื่นภายหลังได้)
- มีทักษะด้านการพิมพ์ดีด ภาษาไทย-อังกฤษ
- รักงานบริการ มีทักษะด้านการสือสารที่ดี
- ปฏิบัติงาน 5 วัน/สัปดาห์ เป็นกะ สามารถสลับวันหยุดได้ (ไม่ตรงกับวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์)
