Job Descriptions
→ ให้ข้อมูลตามข้อสอบถาม รับเรื่องร้องเรียน ข้อเสนอแนะและแก้ไขปัญหาให้แก่ลูกค้า
→ สร้างความพึงพอใจให้แก่ลูกค้าต่อบริการ
→ ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องบนขอบเขตที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดซื้อ จัดจ้าง ประกอบด้วยหัวข้อดังนี้
· Procurement Master Data
· Purchasing
· Delivery & Receiving Goods
· Service
· Miscellaneous
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานบริการ/ลูกค้าสัมพันธ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีความรู้และทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง
- มีทักษะในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และมีความสามารถในการพิมพ์งานได้รวดเร็ว
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ
- มีไหวพริบดี สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
