Job Descriptions
- สร้างยอดขายให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนด - ติดต่อลูกค้าใหม่เพื่อนำเสนอสินค้า และดูแลลูกค้าเก่า - ประสานงานกับทีม Creative Solution หรือ Marketing - ควบคุมดูแลทีมให้ผลิตผลงานที่ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า - รักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างลูกค้าและทีมงานภายใน - สร้างความประทับใจที่เกินความคาดหวังของลูกค้าอยู่เสมอ - นำเสนอแผนงานเเละสรุปรายงานต่อผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 23 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. ไม่จำกัดวุฒิการศึกษา
  3. มีประสบการณ์สายขายอย่างน้อย 6 เดือน (ถ้าเคยขายบริการดิจิทัล หรือเคยอยู่ Agency จะพิเศษสุดๆ)
  4. เข้าใจ Digital Platform (Facebook / Google / TikTok ฯลฯ) พอสมควร
  5. สื่อสารเก่ง ประสานงานได้ทั้งลูกค้าและทีมภายใน
  6. มีทักษะในการนำเสนอและการปิดการขาย
  7. มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีจิตบริการ และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  8. สามารถสื่อสารและนำเสนอผลงาน (Present) ได้
  9. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรม MS Excel, Word, และ internet ได้
  10. มีรถยนต์และสามารถใช้รถยนต์ส่วนตัวในการทำงานได้ (ออกไปพบลูกค้า)
  11. มีประสบการณ์ ในสายงาน Agency
  12. มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีเยี่ยม
  13. มีไหวพริบการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า วางแผนงาน จัดการตารางงานได้ดี
  14. มีบุคคลิกภาพที่ดี มีทักษะการสื่อสาร (สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  15. เข้าใจลูกค้าเเละประสานงานในทีมได้ดี
  16. หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน Digital Agency หรือมีประสบการณ์ด้านการทำการตลาดออนไล์ผ่านสื่อ Social Media มาก่อนจะได้รับการพิจารณเป็นพิเศษ
  17. มีใจนักสู้ พร้อมเรียนรู้ และเติบโตไปกับทีม
  18. ขายเก่ง ไม่หาย ไม่หนี เมื่อเจอลูกค้า
