Job Descriptions
1.Set Up แม่พิมพ์
2.Setting Condition parameter
3.วิเคราะห์และดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาการผลิต ร่วมกับหัวหน้าในกรณีที่เครื่องจักรหรือแม่พิมพ์มีปัญหาไม่สามารถทำการผลิตได้
4.ดูแลรักษาเครื่องฉีดพลาสติก เครื่องมือเครื่องใช้สำหรับการผลิต
5.ทำการจดบันทึก เก็บข้อมูล และตรวจสอบ รายงานผลผลิต
6.ลดการเกิดของเสีย
7.อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ชาย อายุ 23 ปีขึ้นไป
- ปวช. - ปวส. สาขาเทคนิคการผลิต ช่างกลโรงงาน หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ด้านงานปรับฉีดพลาสติก (Injection M/C 5-165 tons และ Hot runner system)
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ขยัน อดทน และกระตือรือร้นในการปฏิบัติงานอยู่เสมอ
- มีความคุ้นเคยกับงานฉีดขึ้นรูปพลาสติก
- สามารถคิดวิเคราะห์ หาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาได้
- สามารถใช้เครนได้หรือมีใบเซอร์
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- เริ่มงานได้ทันที พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
