Job Descriptions

1) Receive order from customer (Domestic and Abroad) Internal process the order in the system 2) Contact with customer for inform schedule of delivery date or any concern. 3) Contact customer for follow up overdue payment. 40 Coordinate the Oversea Sales Department of parent company in Japan for product development or any concern. 5) Coordinate the Production planning and other concern section. 6) Coordinate with concern section about product sample . 7) Contact with Courier (DHL, FedEx, Etc.) for send sample to customer. 8) Coordinate for company’s activities such as ISO, 5S, Kaizen etc.

Qualifications

Male / Female
25-35 years old
Bachelor degree in Business Adminstration, Businee Management, Ecomomic or related field.
At least 3 years experience in coordinator for Sales and Shipment process.
Good command communicate in English both written and spoken.(having a certificate from the institution will be advantage)
Have experience in using software program for ERP will be advantage.
Good personality, service mind, flexible personality, desire to learn a new job and work well in team environment.
Good attitude, morality, virtue and determination to uphold the Nation, Religion and King.
