Responsibilities: Working in a flat structure where you will be able to share ideas with the company directors, this role will allow you to be responsible for: •Prepare documents and items that liaising with customs clearance. •Create job file on company's system. •Preparing draft Export/Import entry to clients (EDI via Netbay system) •Checking draft Form for shipments under FTA regulation. • Classify HS code for new products. •Plan and update report for customs release daily. •Plan and update report for transportation daily. •Plan and update delivery status to clients in advance. •Prepare POD and keep record in job file. •Filing all concerns documents and receipt for close job file. 1. รับ-ส่งอีเมล์จากลูกค้า สายเรือ และหน่วยงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2. ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้าเพื่อขอข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับสินค้าที่นำเข้า 3. รับเอกสารจากเซลล์หรือลูกค้าเพื่อมาตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง 4. ตรวจสอบเอกสาร Invoice / Packing List / Bill of Landing / Certificate of Origin เบื้องต้นได้ 5. ตรวจสอบพิกัดอัตราศุลกากรของสินค้าจากฐานข้อมูล 6. จัดทำใบขนสินค้าขาเข้า หรือสินค้าขาออก และส่งข้อมูลใบขนสินค้าในระบบ Paperless 7. จัดเก็บเอกสารของลูกค้าเป็นไฟล์อิเล็คทรอนิกส์ในฐานข้อมูล 8. ประสานงานจองรถ 9. จัดเตรียมเอกสารตรวจปล่อยสินค้า 10.งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย วันและเวลาปฏิบัติงาน จันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 8.30-17.30 น. เสาร์ เวลา 8.30-12.00 น. สวัสดิการ : 1.ประกันสุขภาพ บริษัท เอไอเอ จำกัด 2.ประกันสังคม 3.ยูนิฟอร์มบริษัทฯ 4.ปรับเงินเดือนตาม KPI 5.โบนัสประจำปี คำนวณตาม KPI 6.สิทธิ์ลาพักร้อน เมื่ออายุงานครบ 1 ปีขึ้นไป 7.เงินช่วยเหลือกรณี งานศพ เจ็บป่วย 8.กิจกรรมต่างๆภายในบริษัทฯ อาทิเช่น ปีใหม่ สงกรานต์ เอ้าท์ติ้ง ฯลฯ

Qualifications

2-5 years experience in operations and customer service within a freight forwarder preferably using EDI
Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
Exceptional communications skills
Advanced customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent ability to problem solve
Strong team player
Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel
Sound knowledge of the shipping industry
ages 25-35 years
