Job Descriptions

1. Control Manpower and production plan. 2. Ensure yield and quality consistencies for all products meet all customer's quality standards. 3. Quality meeting with cross-functional teams and providing a solution for solving quality problems to the team. 4. Ensure daily target and goal achievement on plan and quality standards. 5. Develop programs to encourage production staff to participate in solving and quality improvement. 6. Support and advise in process improvement activities in the factory. 7. Analyze production, maintenance and identify problems, recommend solutions that will improve performance and control day to day production with productivity efficiency to meet the target. 8. Implementation of revised and improved by the use of techniques and technologies for improving productivity. 9. Controlled waste, and reduce production costs with planning and corrective action to improve efficiency steadily. 10. Follow up and ensure production process controls are all updated and effective. 11. Coordinates with supporting groups in problem-solving to get the job done. 12. Manage raw materials to buffer inventory and maintain inventory controls to properly support ongoing manufacturing operations. 13. Other tasks assigned by Production Asst. Manager or Manager

Qualifications

Male/Female , age between 28-40 years old.
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical, Production Industrial, Industrial Technology or related field.
Experiences 3-5 years in Automotive manufacturing
Experiences with Rubber / Plastic Manufacturing background (Injection, compression, Extrusion or Finishing process) would be great.
Have knowledge of ISO/IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015, Core Tools, 5Why, QC 7 Tools, 5S.
Good communication and presentation skills and positive thinking.
Leadership, hard working and well under pressure.
