Job Descriptions
1. Receive PO, forecast from the sales department to create daily, monthly, and yearly production plans that align with sales and delivery plans. 2. Coordinate with relevant agencies regarding the distribution and adjustment of the production plan. 3. Create production orders accurately according to the planned schedule. Control and monitor production according to the production orders accurately and on time. 4. Monitor and record production results and prepare production reports or related documents to submit to the supervisor. 5. Inspect and analysed the problems that occur during the implementation of the production plan to find solutions or prevention methods and use this information for future productions. 6. Maintain and control customer assets correctly. 7. Prepare a Catch up Plan in collaboration with the production department and relevant agencies in case the production department is unable to produce according to plan. 8. Coordinate with relevant agencies to check the quantity of raw materials and work in progress to ensure sufficiency for production. 9. Control the inventory of finished goods to be in accordance with the company's policies. 10. Prepare and keep documents related to production planning.
Qualifications
  1. Age 28 years up.
  2. Bachelor's Degree with with related.
  3. At leaset 2-3 years' experience of Production Planning Control or related function.
  4. Ability to communication of English and computer literacy (Ms-Office; Word, Excel, Power Point)
  5. Solving problem skills.
  6. Working in a company that produces automotive parts, especially in a metal assembly company (will be given special consideration)
  7. A good relationship and open mind of works.
