Job Descriptions
•People and Safety
-Absenteeism control
-Training plan and execution for new material handlers
-Manpower analysis as Indirect HPU
-Overtime control and analysis
-Suggestion analysis and iii drive to material handlers
-HR/Admin. Support for each material handler
-Interview for communication with material handlers and etc.
-First aid for emergency case in the warehouse
-Physical logistic for Safe process
•Productivity
-Managing not to stop the line due to material shortage
-Down time record and analysis through daily production
-Daily OEE analysis focusing on feeding delay/shortage
•Built in Quality
-Respect NCMR process
-Quarantine control to clear up the physical inventory
-Work Instruction display with latest revision
•5S and BWPS
-Daily 5S activity update
-Daily sign-in to execute 5S activities and improve 5S score
-Plan and execute the activity to support RPSS
-Initiative to improve Logistic flow with VSM
•Cost
-Scrap cost record and analysis in BOI process
-Expense analysis including indirect subsidiary material (Gloves/Shoes/Clothes/PPE/Muff/etc.)
-Drive continuous improvement for cost reduction
•SAP operating
-Cycle counting for major component and compare with SAP
-Confirm the back flushing from daily production results in SAP
Qualifications
- ระดับการศึกษา : ปวส. ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ระดับหัวหน้างานในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านโลจิสติกส์ในโรงงานไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
- มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ และแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยและคุณภาพในการจัดการคลังสินค้าสินค้าและการบริการ
- สามารถขับรถโฟล์คลิฟท์ได้ มีใบรับรอง
- สามารถใช้งานระบบ SAP, ระบบการจัดการในคลังสินค้า ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
