To ensure adherence to corporate policies and governmental regulation. As a member of management team this fuction will also be resoposible for planning and implementing human resource initiatives and strategies with AVP Manufacturing
- Accountable to execute day-to-day HR activities for all BR's Manufacturing as a member of the corportate HR Team.
- Supervise each of dept. at Winthai to control daily Head Count, Attendance, Efficiency safety at work
- Recruitment & Hiring
- Developing and implementing a modern approach to performance evaluation and job grades / skill system an piece work and lump sum payment system.
- Conduct performance appraisals, coaching, counseling career development conversation and disciplinary actions.
- Evaluate procedures and technology solution to improve HRM data management (HRIS)
- Manage GA Team Nurse and first aid room for day-to-day work best practice.
- Mange job training, benefit programs
- Be able toperform , support andd participate in the company quality and social activity implement suuch as ISO, IFS, GMP, HACCP, BRC, ESG , CSR, etc.
- Be able to take up any job assigned by the management
