Job Descriptions
-Coordinate with R&D New Products Developments groups to develop strategies for new products.
-Provide engineering support for all activities in product development process.
-Prepare project timelines and identify all resources requirement and evaluate financials for manufacturing processes.
-Conduct all new products and ensure effective execution of projects according to required policies, procedures and government regulations.
-Coordinate with engineering and product management departments and develop and implement Manufacturing Plan for products.
Develop product test plans and perform production test according manufacturing process instructions.
-Assist New Product Manager and manage integration of all products according to product lifecycle.
-Monitor operations of product and evaluate designs and ensure adherence to all design and manufacture principles.
-Work with production and assist in transition of design prototypes into cost efficient and high volume products.
-Provide technical support to Materials Management team for all RFP initiatives and administer effective use of outsource products.
-Develop prototype design according to required techniques and manufacturing processes.
Maintain an inventory and ensure availability of required equipment, tools, test equipment and prototype parts.
Analyze and recommend improvements to all production process and methods to facilitate cost reduction and quality improvement.
Design new manufacturing process requirements and associate guidelines.
Develop and implement efficient material handling, flow strategies and maintain safe and manufacturing processes at all times.
Qualifications
- Male , Age 28-32 years
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years experiences (>5 years will be considered Senior position) on leading product development and qualification, preference in automotive parts products.
- Clear and effective written and oral communication skill Clear and effective written and oral communication skill with English.
- Knowledge on injection or plating process (if any)
