Job Descriptions1) Product concept development with Planning team
• Defining the product concept and key features
2) Feasibility Analysis (mostly required from Assistant-manager level)
• Assess the technical, financial, and operational feasibility (ingredients, processing, food safety, and regulatory)
3) Cross-functional coordination and time self-management
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams as Planning team, R&D, Supplier or 3rd party, Manufacturer, and public government authorities
4) Product Testing
• Perform experimental shelf life, conduct experiment (both laboratory and pilot scale), physical and chemical lab analysis, result analysis and report writing
5) Manufacturing and production
• Monitoring production processes and addressing any issues that may arise
