Job Descriptions

- Provide a high level of support within data center (Network Operation Centre: NOC) operations and ensuring that the systems run properly. - Provide first level of fault recovery with Network Engineer team, System Engineer team - Provide customer service for any data center issues (On-line and phone) and follow up issues as concerned. - Perform scheduled data center preventive maintenance (24x7) - Assist Network/System Engineer on network equipment installation. - Assist in data recovery and disaster management in case there is a security breach or lost data. - Prepare backup for systems so that data is not lost if there is a problem with the system.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree or Higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
Minimum of 0-3 years’ experience in data center operational support or related position.
Understanding of how successful processing of data center jobs and processes impacts hospital business is preferable.
Customer Service focus, team player and good communication skills.
Initiative an innovative in IT system.
