Job Descriptions

•QA&QC quality management system. •To control QA&QC staffs in subordinate. •To support customer requirements and activities of new model and current model. •To support related activity for APQP, PPAP, Claim prevention. •To response QA&QC report as specified in QMS Procedure. •Problem analysis and solving both internal and customer complaint. •Liaise and manage problem from customer complain and corrective & preventive system. •Perform internal audits and other quality assurance activities. •Analyst data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system. •Maintain and follow with ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 system. •Set and follow up quality objectives and targets of QA&QC section. •In process quality improvement, Product audit and Process audit. •Other jobs assignment from manager and top management.

Qualifications

Female, Age 30-35 years
Bachelor's degree in Engineering filed (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering).
At least 3-10 years of experience in analysis NG product, Improvement and customer claim response.
Knowledge of Quality Management System (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
Knowledge of Environmental Management System (ISO 14001).
Acknowledged APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC for automotive business.
Basic knowledge of part measurement (Plastic and Metal Part) will be advantage.
Basic knowledge and experience of drawing part will be advantage. ,•Good command of both written and spoken English and computer literacy.
Good knowledge and experience of Problem Solving and Process Improvement.
Good team player, work hard under pressure and good leadership skills.,•Have analysis skill and report.
